Payment is due at the time treatment is scheduled.
Please understand that whether you are a client with or without dental insurance, you are ultimately responsible for any fees incurred for any dental care provided regardless of plan limitations, deductibles, co-payments, waived procedures, excluded procedures and so on. We do not appraise or evaluate your dental plan, insurance benefits, or anything else. You will be given the information to make informed decisions about your full treatment to get you healthy, quickly.
For all dental treatment, you will be given a treatment plan which outlines the cost of treatment, what we anticipate your insurance to cover (if applicable), and the amount of your estimated co-pay.
Payment Options: Financial options are discussed during the initial visit. Dr. Woollery and Staff are committed to providing excellent dental care and guide patients in choosing the best payment option for their individual needs.
- We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- We accept third party financing through Care Credit (a dental credit card). With Care Credit you can:
- Pay for co-payments, deductibles, and treatment not covered by insurance
- Start treatment immediately and pay over time with low minimum monthly payments
- Pay for the other healthcare expenses for you and your family without having to reapply
- Reserve existing credit cards for household or unplanned expenses
- Apply quickly and easily
Dental Insurance: Your insurance is a contract between you and/or your employer and a dental insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between you and/or your employer and the dental insurance company, and does not involve your dental office.
The goal of most dental insurance policies is to provide only basic care for specific dental services. The benefits that you receive from the dental insurance company for your current insurance plan have nothing to do with your needs or achieving a high quality, complete result.
Your benefits are decided between you and/or your employer and the insurance company. Many needed services may not be covered. Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, our office will complete and submit your insurance forms to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred. We urge you to read the policy so that you are fully aware of coverage and any limitations of the benefits provided.
